India hits historic $4 Trillion GDP milestone, overtakes UK

India's GDP surpassed the $4 trillion mark on November 19, a historic achievement hailed by BJP leaders and ministers, attributing it to PM Modi's leadership and a significant step toward the $5 trillion economy goal.

Prominent leaders like Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis commended PM Modi's transformative leadership, describing the milestone as a testament to India's rising global stature.

Gautam Adani, chairman of the Adani Group, extended his congratulations to India, predicting that the nation would become the third-largest in terms of global GDP within two years, surpassing Japan and Germany.

Social media shared a screengrab from GDP live tracking, indicating India's ascent beyond the UK to secure its place among the top five global economies, following the US, China, Japan, and Germany.
